What is STALL?
好多人以為stall (失速)姐係無曬lift 同無曬power,其實係錯嫁。
Stall係指airflow開始seperate同埋aircraft無足夠的lift 去sustain level flight,當飛機去到critical AOA的時間就會stall。

咁Stall有咩徵兆呢?
high AOA
Buffeting
Low IAS
Stall warning
sloppy controls ( reduced response to the control)
而好多人誤以為Stall 係關Speed 事,其實Stall係取抉於crit AOA事,咁Stall speed又係咩黎既呢?
其實Stall speed只指去到呢個speed (IAS) 就係架飛機係crit AOA,開始唔夠lift去maintain level flight。
***注意 stalling angle係會remain the same,但stall speed 係會改變。
咁有咩factor會影響到個stall speed呢?

可以參考番呢條lift formula*
1. Weight
當飛機越重,所需要的lift就愈大,睇番條lift formula就會知V會增加,所以愈重的飛機更高速度下將達到crit AOA。
2. Load factor
由於load factor = Lift/ Weight,由於轉彎時所需的lift大左,所以load factor愈大,stall speed就愈大。load factor = 1/ cos(bank angle),我地可以從load factor計算出新的stall speed。

3. Flaps
落左Flaps就會有多D lift,咁就唔洗咁大個AOA,stall speed就會細左~

4. Power
增加Power就會有多D Lift,所以stall speed就會細左~
5. Airflow surface condition
如果wing surface有ice, rain , dust 等等,就會減低coefficient of lift,相對地就要增加番個stall speed la~
