Hi Wing Wing,
1. With Keel effect, its normally applied into High Wing a/c for lateral stability.
2. In low wing a/c with ”lateral stability“, i indeed haven’t heard to roll back the a/c by using “Keel effect“, but “Dihedral Effect”.
